Flight Experience

SFI/Senior First Officer - 737(NG)

I am currently working for a well known Irish low-cost airline headquartered in Swords, Dublin, Ireland, with its primary operational bases at Dublin and London Stansted Airports. In 2013, this airline was both the largest European airline by scheduled passengers carried, and the busiest international airline by passenger numbers. Operates over 300 Boeing 737-800 aircraft, with a single 737-700 maintained on the roster as a backup plane and for crew training. The airline has been characterised by its rapid expansion, a result of the deregulation of the aviation industry in Europe in 1997 and the success of its low-cost business model. route network serves 30 countries in Europe and Morocco in Africa.

Scottish Air Ambulance - Gama (Jan '12 - Feb '13)

The Scottish Air Ambulance is crewed 365 days a year around the clock. Flying the Beechcraft Super Kingair can be a challenging & demanding yet a very rewarding experience - operating year round in Scotland and the islands all weather conditions are to be expected. This has provided further experience to my flying, icing risks, fog, low visibility procedures, high winds and frontal weather systems to name a few.
